About Our Family Business

Our company, which is headed by Mr. Kiran Kumar C. Shah is blessed by the guidance of Shri Chandubhai H. Shah, who is father of the director and also head of M/S Vijay Textiles, our sister concern company which is also in the field of Asbestos industrial products. He is a man with rich vision and ideas related to making different kinds of gland packing & heat insulation ropes. The father of our director further helped him in well manufacturing as well as marketing creations of K. K. Packing to actual users, wholesalers and traders.

After getting success under the guidance of Shri Chandubhai H. Shah, in the year 1970, a new branch office of the group was inaugurated in Ahmedabad of Gujarat with the name M/S Asbestos Trading Agency. Soon one more sales office was established in Baroda in the name of M/S Asbestos Traders.

A large number of employees helped in starting the manufacturing of heat insulated products. Due to the occurrence of few tragic incidents, and in order to keep ourselves capable to meet demands of customers, in the year-1980, we started our own factory which was named M/S Vitex India Packing Industries.
